A pedestrian was struck by a hit-and-run driver on the Jersey Shore, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash occurred at about 11 a.m. on Friday, April 8 on Stone Hill Road in Colts Neck, initial reports said.

The vehicle was described as a gray Nissan with Pennsylvania plates, an unconfirmed report said.
